Engravings

While the southernmost Austrian province Carinthia has, unlike Styria, no tradition in watchmaking it is nonetheless one of the oldest manufacturing sources for finely decorated hunting weapons.

Since the 17th century, Carinthian master engravers adorned weapons with marvelously executed ornaments. Consequently, they should add the final component to the uniqueness of our HABRING² products, the movement decoration.

The decoration is completed with the Habring²-logo, rosettes around the bearings of the central minute wheel and the screw of the balance cock, the latter’s ornamental engravings, and the double framings of the bridges’ outlines the original statics of the movement.
